What is your refund/return policy?
Warranties/Damaged
Malone Tractor & Equipment Co., Inc. offers a 30-day refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges) on all defective items. Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
Return on New/Unused Items
For a return of New/Unused Items (less shipping and handling charges), it must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date, in their original condition and in the original packaging. No refund will be issued unless this term is strictly observed.
Special Order Items
There is an additional 20% restocking fee on special order items (less shipping and handling charges).

How do I cancel my order?
If you selected to pay by certified check or money order, and have not sent in your payment. Your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.
Orders placed by credit card may only be cancelled the day they were placed. Credits will be issued only to the credit card of the original purchase. If you need to cancel your credit card order please use our “Contact Us” page and call on the day of the order.
When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5-7 business days of us receiving your returned merchandise.
